Each reading combines a variety of tools based on your needs. These may include identifying energetic blockages in your field, looking at potential paths ahead, visiting your Akashic Records, exploring soul contracts, and karma, or identifying core pictures that contribute to patterns, and more. You are welcome to arrive with an open mind and curiosity about what might unfold, and to bring any questions you'd like to explore (3-5 questions). These are not mediumship readings, though loved ones and guides sometimes make an appearance.

The SoulShine Sessions bring together Krissy's intuitive gifts, Reiki, and channelled meditation in one deeply personalized experience, created just for you. Before your session, you'll complete a thoughtful intake form exploring where you are in life, what's on your mind, any questions or challenges you're navigating, and what you'd like to focus on. Drawing on what you share and her intuitive guidance, Krissy will channel a personalized meditation that you'll experience during your session. Following your meditation, you'll receive Reiki and an energetic aura reset, along with any intuitive impressions, imagery, or messages Krissy receives along the way. Whether you're navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply feeling called to reconnect with yourself, Krissy’s SoulShine Sessions offer a space to explore, receive, and honour wherever you are on your human and soul journey.
