QIGONG

Outdoor Tai Chi Practice

Qigong is an energy and movement practice rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom. It weaves together gentle, intentional movement, slow rhythmic breathing, and focused awareness. Through this practice, Qigong helps open the fascia, calm the nervous system, and strengthen the flow of Qi – the vital life force that moves through the body’s meridians and nourishes our organs.

There is a saying: “Where the mind goes, the energy flows.” This is the essence of Qigong as a moving meditation. Through focused, intentional movement, we draw in the elixir of life from the earth and the heavens, unify it within the body, and then circulate it back out again. Over time, we begin to feel more connected to our bodies and more attuned to the natural world around us.

Qigong is an ancient practice. Once a guarded and closely held tradition, its teachings are now being shared more widely so this wisdom can continue to support modern life.
