Step into 2026 with clarity, grounding, and intention. This evening is a conscious, connected breathwork and sound journey led by Lucinda Bibbs, alongside Jessica Corbett of Balanced by Sound. Together, they guide a transformative experience to support reflection, release, and new beginnings.

The evening begins with powerful journaling prompts, inviting you to explore what you are ready to leave behind and what you wish to call in for the new year. Lucinda will offer a guided demonstration of optimal breathing mechanics, helping you understand how how we breathe is how we live—because when we breathe well, we can live well.

You will then move into a conscious connected breathwork session, followed by an immersive sound journey led by Jessica Corbett, designed to help you integrate, release tension, and anchor your intentions. This practice leaves participants feeling clear, grounded, and excited for the year ahead.

You are welcome to attend solo or bring a friend or loved one to share in the experience. Many participants have found this practice life-changing, supporting clarity, aligned decision-making, self-belief, and a deeper connection to their highest, most authentic selves.

Qigong for Winter with Jenny
Sunday, January 25th | 1:00-2:30pm | $30/person
Winter is a time of restoration, quiet listening, and slow movement. Yet many of us are living in a yang state… trying to keep up, push forward, and maintain the same pace year-round. This time of year can feel fatiguing, heavy, with a desire to move inward. We can not recluse and head off to a cabin for the winter (although that sounds nice), it is not possible for most of us. What we can do is restore and care for our body and energy in a very nourishing and powerful way.
In one session, your body remembers how to settle, restore, and breathe again. This is a gentle, slow, and nourishing practice of Yin Qigong and self-massage, designed to support the nervous system and the kidneys. Together, we’ll explore how to make space to listen inwardly and allow the body to soften and restore.
This session is open to both beginners and experienced, with a focus on deepening awareness and internal listening. No prior experience is necessary.
Join Jenny in this intimate group practice for those who feel the need for restoration — for the body and mind — especially if you’re feeling tired, disconnected, or overextended.
Early registration: $25 until Jan 12 | Regular price: $30
Text 778-837-7332 to register. Spots are limited.
Registration is confirmed once payment is received.

Community Acupuncture with Kylie
Tuesday, February 3rd | 5:00-8:00pm | $70/person
Community acupuncture events take place in our curtain pods and treatment rooms, where four individuals are all getting acupuncture treatments on our heated treated beds. This style of acupuncture includes less time talking at the start of your treatment and more time relaxing on the table, dropping all those daily tensions. The collective energy of several individuals entering a healing state in the same space is unique to community acupuncture, similar to group meditation.
Because these treatment sessions are offered at a reduced rate of $70, they are a wonderful way to stretch those extended health benefits, for those with little to no extended health benefits to receive treatment, for those on low and/or fixed incomes to receive treatment, and for those needed more regular treatment to come in more frequently. Appointment times are limited - make sure to book ahead using the link below!

Sound Journey with Naomi
Sunday, February 1st | 5:00 & 7:00pm | $45/person
These restorative 60-minute sound healing journeys are designed to support your nervous system. The sound waves rippling out from different instruments, such as crystal bowls, promotes theta and delta brain waves that are associated with deep relaxation. In this state, the body releases oxytocin and serotonin, and the chatter in your mind melts away. Participants may experience different sensations such as feeling the waves and vibrations of the sound from the instruments, having visions, emotional shifts, getting insights or answers to your path, and/or a sense of deep relaxation.

No experience necessary - just come as you are. Dress comfortably and remember your water bottle, yoga mat and comfort items ie. Blanket, pillow, eye mask. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
