Cathy has had a lifelong curiosity towards harmony, energy and beauty. Her introduction to Kripalu Yoga in 1985 opened the door to a heart centered practice of “Meditation in Motion”, on and off the mat. The discovery of Energy Medicine Yoga (created by Lauren Walker) prompted the deep dive into exploring Eden Method Energy Medicine. Cathy’s Energy Medicine practice is a combination of years of yoga training and other wholistic healing courses, compatible with
Eden Energy Medicine. Energy Medicine acknowledges that our bodies are made up of numerous energy fields and energetic patterns. In Eden Method we work with 9 systems which include the Chakra system from the Hindu tradition, the Meridian system and flow of Qi from Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Aura or Biofield which are the bodies protective energies. Correcting imbalances will support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Cathy’s approach embraces each client’s unique journey, integrating techniques that foster holistic healing and personal transformation. Through gentle and supportive practices, Cathy aims to create a nurturing environment where growth and self-awareness naturally unfold. Her sessions are focused on harmonizing the subtle energies of your system, with guidance to support the adjustments we’ve made for your ongoing well-being. Supports may include flower essences, essential oils, yoga practices and journaling prompts.
