About Ashley

Ashley Lord is a writer, artist, and creator of The Light Library — a calming audio sanctuary designed to support rest, emotional healing, and nervous system restoration through sleep stories, affirmations, meditations, and poetic spoken word.

Originally from Toronto, Ashley’s travels and experiences living in different parts of the world have deeply influenced her creative and healing work, shaping the gentle, reflective nature of the spaces she creates.

Through her books, gatherings, and immersive healing experiences, she invites people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember the softness beneath survival mode.

With a background in yoga, meditation, and other healing modalities, her work blends poetic medicine, nervous system care, and emotional healing to help people return to a deeper sense of peace, presence, and self-compassion.

About Kimberley

Kimberley's story begins with a traumatic childhood incident that shifted her perspective of the world. Losing people she loved at a young age made her value the beauty and preciousness of life. It became her purpose to live a life of meaning and joy and to be in service to others who are suffering, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

She began my practice after receiving her massage therapy diploma in 2003. This was the opening to begin working with people on a more intimate and deeper level. It allowed her unique gifts of viewing and feeling the subtleties of the body, mind, and spirit to emerge.

Over the past 20 years, she has built upon her knowledge through various courses and certifications. The main scope of her practice is currently The Medicine Path. She continue to study under her elder and spiritual teacher, Jaki Daniels, of Earth and Sky Healing.

In addition to her healing practice, she is a ceremonial guide, mentor, and teacher within her community.

This gentle group experience guides you through slow embodied movement to release tension before transitioning into guided deep rest and integration. Breath, grounding and energetic practices work together to soften stress patterns and guide the nervous system towards balance. Warm stones are placed on the body, gentle somatic healing touch, and pure aromatherapy oils are woven into this restorative treatment.
