Whether you are beginning your own healing journey, looking to deepen your spiritual practice, or feeling called to become a professional Reiki practitioner, each level is thoughtfully designed to help you build a strong foundation while naturally developing your intuition, confidence, and connection with Reiki.
Throughout your training, you will learn the history and philosophy of Reiki, the chakra system and aura, energetic awareness, grounding, protection, traditional hands-on healing techniques, and the art of becoming a clear channel for universal life force energy. As you progress through the four levels, you will receive the traditional Reiki attunements, learn to work with the sacred Reiki symbols, practice distance healing, deepen your intuitive abilities, and explore advanced energy scanning and healing techniques that allow Reiki to guide each session with precision and intelligence.
For those who feel called to teach, the Reiki Master Teacher training provides the knowledge, experience, and confidence to perform attunements, teach all levels of Reiki, and carry forward the integrity of the Usui/Tibetan lineage.
More than a certification program, these trainings are an invitation into a lifelong journey of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. Classes are intentionally kept small to provide a personalized learning experience with plenty of hands-on practice, meaningful discussion, and individual guidance. Usui-Tibetan Reiki Level 1
Begin your journey into the traditional Usui/Tibetan Reiki lineage and awaken your ability to channel universal life force energy for yourself and others. Throughout this immersive one-day training, you'll build a strong foundation in both the philosophy and practical application of Reiki. With Shawn you'll explore the history and founding principles of Reiki, the Five Reiki Principles, the Human Energy System including the chakras and aura, energetic hygiene, protection tools, grounding practices, and the Three Pillars of Reiki. You'll also learn how to work with the chakras, perform self-healing sessions, and discover the many ways Reiki can be integrated into everyday life for yourself, loved ones, animals, plants, food, and spaces.
You'll receive your First Degree Reiki Attunement, allowing you to become a clear channel for Reiki energy. Through guided meditation, hands-on practice, and foundational Tibetan Reiki techniques, you'll begin developing your intuition while learning how to confidently offer Reiki to yourself and others. You will also explore the sacred medicines and spiritual technologies that have supported healing throughout history, and how they relate to the path of Reiki.
Usui-Tibetan Reiki Level 2
Deepen your connection with Reiki and expand your ability to facilitate healing for others through the sacred practices of the traditional Usui/Tibetan lineage.
Building upon the strong foundation established in Level 1, this transformative training is designed to deepen both your relationship with Reiki and your confidence as a practitioner. Throughout the day, you'll receive your Second Degree Reiki Attunement and learn to work with the three sacred Reiki symbols—Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki, and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen—discovering how to use them to strengthen the flow of Reiki, support emotional and mental healing, and send Reiki anywhere across any distance, including forward and backward through time.
Together we'll explore the deeper meaning and practical application of each Reiki symbol, learn a variety of distance healing techniques, practice beaming Reiki, and continue developing your intuition through guided practice and self-healing exercises. A significant focus of Level 2 is learning how to confidently work with others through professional Reiki practice, including conducting complete Reiki sessions, the client intake process, session flow, spiritual hygiene, and ethical business practices. Through hands-on practice and one-on-one guidance, you'll leave feeling confident and supported as you begin sharing Reiki with others.
Usui-Tibetan Reiki Level 3 (Advanced Reiki Training)
Take the next step in your Reiki journey by deepening your connection to Reiki and refining your ability to channel with greater clarity, presence, and intuition. Building upon the foundations established in Levels 1 and 2, this advanced training is designed for practitioners who feel called to deepen their relationship with Reiki while developing a stronger connection with their intuition and the unseen realms. Throughout the day, you'll receive your Advanced Reiki Training (ART) Attunement and be attuned to the Usui Master Symbol (Dai Ko Myo)—the highest vibrational of the Reiki symbols. You'll learn how to work with this sacred symbol while exploring advanced Reiki techniques that bring greater depth, refinement, and intuitive awareness into your healing sessions.
For many practitioners, this level marks a profound expansion in both their Reiki practice and spiritual journey. As your connection with Reiki continues to deepen, many find their intuition becoming stronger, their energetic awareness expanding, and their confidence growing as they learn to trust the wisdom that naturally arises during a session.
With Shawn you'll explore the deeper meaning and practical application of the Usui Master Symbol (Dai Ko Myo), Advanced Byosen Scanning, psychic surgery, working with crystals to support your Reiki practice, meeting and working with your Reiki spirit guides, developing your intuition through the Five Clairs, and learning how to safely cross spirits over. We'll also explore ethics and responsibility as advanced Reiki practitioners while refining a complete Reiki healing session that integrates everything you've learned throughout your Reiki journey. Through guided meditation, hands-on practice, and one-on-one guidance, you'll continue developing the confidence to trust both Reiki and your intuitive awareness as they naturally begin working together.
Usui-Tibetan Reiki Level 4 (Master-Teacher)
Step into the role of Reiki Master Teacher and learn to carry forward the sacred lineage of Usui/Tibetan Reiki with confidence, integrity, and compassion.
This advanced training is designed for practitioners who feel called not only to deepen their own healing journey but also to guide and mentor others. Throughout the course, you will learn the traditional Master attunement and initiation process, how to perform Reiki attunements for all levels, and how to confidently teach and facilitate Reiki trainings while preserving the authenticity of the Usui/Tibetan lineage.
Beyond the techniques, this training emphasizes embodiment, leadership, mentorship, and living the Reiki principles in everyday life. You will deepen your connection with Reiki, refine your intuitive abilities, and develop the confidence to hold space for students as they begin their own healing journeys.
