About BJ

BJ's teaching is rooted in the Five Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, weaving in
acupressure to support healing and wholeness. She pays particular attention to nervous system
regulation, guiding students out of overthinking and into the felt sense of their own bodies —
finding calm, strength, and ease.

More than anything, BJ believes in the power of community and preventative medicine — that
showing up regularly, moving together, and tending to mind, body, and spirit is one of the most
generous things we can do for ourselves.

BJ brings decades of dance and yoga instruction experience to her qigong practice — which
means her classes feel alive, accessible, and genuinely fun.

BJ's Offerings

qigong classes

Qigong (chee-gung) blends breath, gentle movement, and focused awareness into a practice that restores energy and balance from the inside out. It's for everyone — whether you're brand new to movement or a seasoned practitioner looking to go deeper.

About Kimberley

Kimberley's story begins with a traumatic childhood incident that shifted her perspective of the world. Losing people she loved at a young age made her value the beauty and preciousness of life. It became her purpose to live a life of meaning and joy and to be in service to others who are suffering, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

She began my practice after receiving her massage therapy diploma in 2003. This was the opening to begin working with people on a more intimate and deeper level. It allowed her unique gifts of viewing and feeling the subtleties of the body, mind, and spirit to emerge.

Over the past 20 years, she has built upon her knowledge through various courses and certifications. The main scope of her practice is currently The Medicine Path. She continue to study under her elder and spiritual teacher, Jaki Daniels, of Earth and Sky Healing.

In addition to her healing practice, she is a ceremonial guide, mentor, and teacher within her community.

"The most precious gift we can offer anyone is our attention. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers."
