Introduction to Shamanic
Journeying with Kimberley Conard
This workshop is based on the teachings from Jaki Daniels's first book 'Heeding the Call'. In this introductory workshop, we will begin to learn basic shamanic journeying skills, introduce ourselves to the realms of non-ordinary reality, and engage in relationships with our power animals and spiritual guides and teachers. We will also engage in discussions around the exploration of spirit and developing a personal practice.

The workshop is held over a period of four weeks. All classes are held in person and online. No previous experience is required. The workshop runs multiple times a year based on interest. If you are interested, please email Kimberley at kim@risingearthcollective.com.
A Personal Journey to the Sacred with Kimberley Conard
​The Medicine Wheel is a ten-month-long program where we delve deeper into the realm of non-ordinary reality, exploring our personal journey to the sacred. This class is based on the teachings from Jaki Daniels and combines her experience as a spiritual elder and Shamanic Healing Methods. We will begin to develop relationships with the four sacred directions as we move through the cycles of the seasons together. The wisdom that is held within our ancestors, and guides, as well as an invitation to view the challenges that may limit us in our lives. This course is intended to create a lifelong relationship with how we relate to our inner, outer and natural world.
Classes will be held virtually or in person twice a month in the evenings from September to June. Journeying experience is required to attend this course.
Medicine Path Apprenticeship
with Kimberley Conard
Kimberley is very honoured and humbled to be offering the Medicine Path Apprenticeship beginning in Spring of 2026. This will be a two year journey dedicated to diving into the wisdom teachings and ceremonies from ancient lineages of Classical Chinese Medicine known as Five Element Healing, and Shamanic Healing Methods.
The apprenticeship begins by creating a sacred circle of up to six people who will learn, explore and experience what it means to walk in the world through intention, integrity, dedication, and devotion. The circle will gather every two weeks on Thursday evenings via Zoom to study together the foundations of Classical Chinese medicine. We will gather in person four times per year with the cycles of the seasons for four consecutive days in Summerland, B.C. at my clinic space Rising Earth Collective (Thursday-Sunday), it will be a combination of classroom and ceremony, developing the nature of our gifts and bringing them into practice.
For some of you this will offer a modality of healing to create a clinical practice, or add to your current practice in the natural healing arts. How the medicines are applied depends on the individual, their gifts and current modalities, we will curate this together throughout the course of the two years. For others this may be a journey of self-development, study in relationship to the natural world, her rhythms, cycles, and to those that call her home.

A summary of the two year apprenticeship (please note that this may vary as I come to understand the nature of the gifts of the participants, however the outline of time will remain the same) is as follows:
Year One, Foundations

Classroom study of the foundations of the Five Elements and their corresponding meridians. We will do this through a series of oral teachings, writings based on the teachings from JR Worsley and learning directly through the elements and meridians through the use of shamanic journeying.

Introduction to the seven sacred directions will also be brought in throughout the cycles of the seasons. Again we will utilize the Shamanic Journey to build and weave our relationships as we create a medicine wheel to be used as a divination tool throughout the two year journey.

Shamanic Healing Methods of Intrusive Energy Removal and Soul retrieval will be introduced in the first year.

Ceremonies will vary in their expression in year one with the focus on building connection, awareness and relationship to the unseen. This will be in the form of fire ceremonies, land ceremonies, pipe ceremonies, mountain ceremonies and sweat lodges.
Year Two, Integration

Fundamentals of Approach and Application of Five Element Healing and Shamanic Healing Methods.

Classroom will be focused on the technical aspects of Classical Chinese medicine, the relationship between meridians, the expression through the body, mind and spirit, natural laws, patient assessments and clinical application.

Learning when to integrate and weave the Shamanic Healing work as part of a five element practice or current modalities that are expressed.

Ceremonies will be continued to deepen our connection to the medicine wheel and the elements as a way of life rather then an exploration of understanding, inviting us to live as ceremony then participate in ceremony.
Jaki Daniels, who is my Elder and teacher, will join us a few times throughout the two
years to offer her wisdom teachings.

Spring, Summer, fall dates for 2027 will be booked in the autumn of 2026.
Classroom sessions (online or in person) begin Thursday, April 23rd from 6:30PM -
8:30PM PST, and continue every two weeks for the course of the two years with a
winter break over Christmas and summer break over August.
