As a grounded intuitive, Krissy embraces the balance of being fully human while honouring her soul’s journey and participating in the seen and unseen worlds that surround us. Fueled by nature, intuition, gratitude, and art, her work centers on the human-soul balance. Krissy, creator of the Wild Rose Sessions, welcomes those called to sit with her in readings, Reiki, meditation, or all three. She is devoted to creating supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and their own intuition.

Krissy hasn’t always embodied this path. While she would have preferred a how-to guide and fully colour-coded roadmap to healing and enlightenment, that wasn’t reality. While she always felt connected to something bigger than her, she hid behind smiling masks and lost herself within walls of resistance and control. She spent seasons kicking and screaming through growth before finally integrating the lessons, often right here in this studio under the tree.

Krissy was taught what not to do long before she learned what was right for her. She spent nights riddled with anxiety because she didn’t have the tools needed to understand what she was sensing and perceiving. She has lived her life with a neurodivergent brain that loves to move fast, overthink, analyze, fix, and be logical. She has since learned it’s also pretty great at creativity, compassionate care, pattern recognition, authenticity, intuition, and deeply understanding and seeing others.

After experiencing devastating grief, an adventurous move across the country, and the birth of her daughter, Krissy looked in the mirror only a child could hold and did a deep dive into therapy, sound journeying, meditation, intuitive development, nervous-system healing, and returned to spirituality as her guide. Her 20+ years in communications and leadership have shaped the way she connects with people, teaching her the value of listening, recognizing different perspectives, navigating complexity, and the importance of clear communication. These experiences, both personal and professional, inform the way she holds space. Drawing respectfully from multiple tools and modalities, she believes each person holds their own path to healing and self-trust. It is a deeply individual journey.

Her intuitive and reiki work is extremely visual, unfolding through shared images, symbols, and metaphors. Sometimes the meaning is immediately clear to her, other times, it's the person across from her who recognizes their significance. Together, they explore what emerges, with Krissy offering intuitive guidance and interpretation, while honouring each individual and their free will.

Krissy is a lifelong learner who is passionate about guiding people back to their own knowing while strengthening trust in their discernment around what feels safe and aligned.
