Cathy is an Eden Method Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner and an Energy Medicine Yoga teacher, with training in multiple other modalities. She is honoured to hold space for clients as they restore balance, inner peace and vitality, guided by their body’s innate wisdom.

​Dr. Shekinah, MA, DNM, DHS, holds a PhD in Natural Medicine and a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis & Management. She is trained in sound and vibration systems (Acutonics; Biofield Tuning), as well as Reiki, ThetaHealing®, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Meditation, and Field Dynamics.

Lucinda Bibbs is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who is passionate about guiding people toward their fullest potential and optimal well-being. She does this through talk-therapy as well as by facilitating breathwork and cold exposure in one-on-one and within group settings.

Jenny brings the practice of Qigong to others as a pathway to reconnect with their own life force. Her teaching is grounded in embodied awareness, informed by both Qigong and breath-based practices that support nervous system regulation, presence, and vitality.

From Jaylene's first savasana, she was hooked on the way yoga helped her physical body and mind become stronger. An interest in movement, muscles and the mind-body connection led her to also become a Registered Massage Therapist, and she loves combining massage with yoga classes.
