Kylie is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, along with medical Qigong treatments. It is her hearts joy to be a holder of space, a relentless cheerleader, a gentle guide, and a witness to your personal journey.

Lucinda Bibbs is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who is passionate about guiding people toward their fullest potential and optimal well-being. She does this through talk-therapy as well as by facilitating breathwork and cold exposure in one-on-one and within group settings.

​Dr. Shekinah, MA, DNM, DHS, holds a PhD in Natural Medicine and a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis & Management. She is trained in sound and vibration systems (Acutonics; Biofield Tuning), as well as Reiki, ThetaHealing®, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Meditation, and Field Dynamics.

From Jaylene's first savasana, she was hooked on the way yoga helped her physical body and mind become stronger. An interest in movement, muscles and the mind-body connection led her to also become a Registered Massage Therapist, and she loves combining massage with yoga classes.
