Group Sound Journeys
Sound Journey's are group healing events that utilize a variety of different instruments to shift the body into a deeply relaxed state where healing can take place. The sound waves rippling out from different instruments, such as crystal bowls, promotes theta and delta brain waves that are associated with deep relaxation. In this state, the body releases oxytocin and serotonin, and the chatter in your mind melts away, Participants may experience different sensations such as feeling the waves and vibrations of the sound from the instruments, having visions, emotional shifts, getting insights or answers to your path, and/or a sense of deep relaxation.
Different instruments are used throughout a sound journey such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, rattles, chimes, gongs, drums, and more. These are great events to come and reconnect with your true self, release what no longer serves you, and align with your highest path forward. Coming together in a group with this collective purpose amplifies the energy of this shared experience and creates a sense of community and belonging.
