About Lila
Lila is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and Acupuncturist, as well as a Celtic Shamanic Practitioner, ThetaHealing practitioner, Evolutionary Astrologer, and yoga teacher for over 24 years. She is dedicated to the well-being of her clients on every level.
She loves weaving together the esoteric with the modern to facilitate experiences of alchemy that create conscious embodied living. One of her great joys is to guide people into a space of true transformation, encouraging them to discover, honor, and gracefully reveal their most authentic nature through all of her practices, so they feel empowered to live from this inspired place in the world.
Lila currently offers yoga classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats internationally. She feels grateful and humbled to have studied and sat with her primary teachers Adyashanti and Mukti, as well as her evolutionary astrology teacher Steven Forrest, and mentor Nancy Fantozzi. Her love of practicing evolutionary astrology has been a perfect complement to the yoga practice, and she feels honored to create a space of magic and healing where her clients feel supported to transform in the most radical of ways. She’s deeply grateful for the teachers whose powerful and inspiring voices of non-dualism have brought insight and freedom, such as Bill Mahony, Douglas Brooks, Paul Müller, and Sally Kempton. From 2006 to 2011, Lila owned and directed Gateway Yoga in Raleigh, NC, a yoga studio dedicated to the life-affirming principles of Anusara Yoga.
Lila offers Evolutionary Astrology readings online, and all in-person modalities take place in the Kootenays.
About Kimberley
Kimberley's story begins with a traumatic childhood incident that shifted her perspective of the world. Losing people she loved at a young age made her value the beauty and preciousness of life. It became her purpose to live a life of meaning and joy and to be in service to others who are suffering, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
She began my practice after receiving her massage therapy diploma in 2003. This was the opening to begin working with people on a more intimate and deeper level. It allowed her unique gifts of viewing and feeling the subtleties of the body, mind, and spirit to emerge.
Over the past 20 years, she has built upon her knowledge through various courses and certifications. The main scope of her practice is currently The Medicine Path. She continue to study under her elder and spiritual teacher, Jaki Daniels, of Earth and Sky Healing.
In addition to her healing practice, she is a ceremonial guide, mentor, and teacher within her community.

Evolutionary Astrology is a unique approach that uses the symbolism of traditional Western astrology, recognizing both the wisdom and the patterns or stories of a soul throughout numerous lifetimes. It gives an individual, as well as couples, children, and families, a lens to work with in order to know themselves in a deep and intimate way, uncovering patterns that we might call ‘karmic’ or ‘epigenetic’, as well as offering access to one’s evolutionary trajectory for healing, integration, and evolution.
