JAYLENE RAE, RMT
yoga teacher & registered massage therapist

About Jaylene
Naomi is an experienced sound healer, teacher and intuitive energy practitioner. But more than that, she is someone who has a deep respect for what it means to live her life alongside grief, PTSD, Neurodiversity, parenting special needs children, adoption, loss, religious trauma and, well, you get it. Over the years, she has sat with a lot of people who are carrying more than they can name. Herself included. Sound has been one of the few tools that helped her return to herself when words were too much and never enough.
Facilitating sound is the most non-invasive way she is able to offer rest, nervous system support, and connection. For her, it is about offering tiny moments to pause, breath, feel, and reconnect. Slowly, gently, and honestly. If you’re exhausted, cracked open, grieving, seeking, hopeful, numb, or feeling too much, you are not alone.

About Kimberley
Kimberley's story begins with a traumatic childhood incident that shifted her perspective of the world. Losing people she loved at a young age made her value the beauty and preciousness of life. It became her purpose to live a life of meaning and joy and to be in service to others who are suffering, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
She began my practice after receiving her massage therapy diploma in 2003. This was the opening to begin working with people on a more intimate and deeper level. It allowed her unique gifts of viewing and feeling the subtleties of the body, mind, and spirit to emerge.
Over the past 20 years, she has built upon her knowledge through various courses and certifications. The main scope of her practice is currently The Medicine Path. She continue to study under her elder and spiritual teacher, Jaki Daniels, of Earth and Sky Healing.
In addition to her healing practice, she is a ceremonial guide, mentor, and teacher within her community.
