About Jenny

Jenny is a YoQi Certified Instructor, blending traditional and adaptive Qigong with yogic elements and supportive breath awareness to create classes that are calm, grounding, and accessible.

Jenny has been a dedicated student of Qigong since 2020 and now brings this practice to others as a pathway to reconnect with their own life force. Jenny's Offerings

qigong and breath

Qigong is an energy and movement practice rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom. It weaves together gentle, intentional movement, slow rhythmic breathing, and focused awareness. Through this practice, Qigong helps open the fascia, calm the nervous system, and strengthen the flow of Qi – the vital life force that moves through the body’s meridians and nourishes our organs..

About Kimberley

Kimberley's story begins with a traumatic childhood incident that shifted her perspective of the world. Losing people she loved at a young age made her value the beauty and preciousness of life. It became her purpose to live a life of meaning and joy and to be in service to others who are suffering, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

She began my practice after receiving her massage therapy diploma in 2003. This was the opening to begin working with people on a more intimate and deeper level. It allowed her unique gifts of viewing and feeling the subtleties of the body, mind, and spirit to emerge.

Over the past 20 years, she has built upon her knowledge through various courses and certifications. The main scope of her practice is currently The Medicine Path. She continue to study under her elder and spiritual teacher, Jaki Daniels, of Earth and Sky Healing.

In addition to her healing practice, she is a ceremonial guide, mentor, and teacher within her community.
