Our sister healing space located on colourful Front Street in Penticton, B.C., Cedar & Soul Wellness is home to wonderful osteopathic practitioners, massage practitioners, and sound healers. Their healing philosophy is rooted in the belief that optimal health is achieved through the harmonious connection of the body, mind, and spirit.
SOL SOUND HEALING
Melissa has spent the last decade cultivating and refining her path, becoming certified in practices such as Reiki, Yoga, Sound and Shamanic Healing Arts. Sessions are offered with the intention of finding the root cause of disharmony and restoring balance, whether one-on-one, in small groups, in distance healing or with animals.

Heartspace Yoga Boutique is our neighbour in downtown Summerland. They offer a variety of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and qigong classes. They also host many wonderful events for our community such as meditation courses and full moon events. Heartspace is also home to practitioners sharing their gifts such as BodyTalk and Synergy Sessions.
